Shivram founded Aspect Ratio in 2001 after working with an IT Consulting company in Boston MA. He is a strong believer in the work ethic of ‘under-promise and over deliver’.
Shivram has been teaching Data Analytics and IT Strategy Courses at different Business Schools in India including The Indian Institute of Management at Indore (IIM-I) and Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM) and Symbiosis Center for Management and Human Resource Development (SCMHRD).
In his previous life Shivram has been a wildlife photographer and amateur astronomer.
Boasting an accomplished educational background that includes a B.Tech in Computer Engineering from the College of Engineering (Pune, India) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management (Bangalore, India), Sneha operates as a Team Leader in the ‘Advanced Analytics’ division at Aspect Ratio. Her responsibilities extend to working in coordination with various team members to address critical business queries, with techniques ranging from Predictive Modelling to Text Analytics.
Passionate about programming and analytics, Sneha relishes the challenge of solving cool problems, efficiently.
Asgerali Masalawala (Ali), specializes in forecasting and healthcare analytics. Prior to Aspect Ratio, he worked with Cognizant’s Analytics Practice. Ali completed his Bachelors and Masters in Aerospace Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay.
A strong advocate of financial independence, Ali loves talking about personal finance and building financial models to contradict conventional wisdom. He is an avid traveller and loves experiencing different cuisines.

Mohil began his career with Aspect Ratio in 2013, and today leads one our largest accounts. At Aspect Ratio, Mohil is known for his perspicacious business and operational knowledge, hands-on approach to problem solving, and his cheerful personality.
Mohil holds an MBA in Finance from the Symbiosis International University. Though from a management background, Mohil enjoys coding and building models using Excel, R and VBA. When not on the job, Mohil loves seeing new places, indulging in his love for adventure sports, and gaming.
